ABOUT IRANIMEX

Iran’s largest international maritime and offshore exhibition (IRANIMEX) is held every year by Iran’s maritime governmental bodies and the strategic council consisting of representatives of ministries, organizations, institutions and maritime companies under the IRANIMEX brand.

The 22st IRANIMEX exhibition will be held on November 26-28, 2024 in Bandar Abbas. An exhibition that will be very effective in the Middle East region.

This is the first edition of the IRANIMEX exhibition after the corona pandemic, which will be held in Bandar Abbas, the maritime capital of Iran.

IRANIMEX has been planned in cooperation with Iran’s maritime governmental bodies and international partners in Europe, the Middle East and East Asia, to establish new international Maritime relations.

This exhibition is a meeting place for all maritime economic activists of Iran and also marine companies in the Persian Gulf. All companies that are active in the field of shipbuilding, shipping, offshore, ports and maritime trade are present in this exhibition.

Iran’s largest shipyard (ISOICO) and Iran’s largest commercial port (Port of Shahid Rajaee) are located in Bandar Abbas city. For this reason, Bandar Abbas is the place for Iran’s largest maritime gathering.

Bandar Abbas, as Iran’s Marine free trade zone, is located at a strategic point between the important commercial ports of the Persian Gulf countries, including the ports of the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Oman.

The 22st version of IRANIMEX has become the most influential exhibition in the Persian Gulf region and an excellent gateway for the presence of active marine companies in Iran. IRANIMEX 2024 will be held in the modern facilities of the permanent location of bandar abbas International Exhibitions.

With more than 300 companies from around the world and more than 7,000 visitors from the major shipbuilding, shipping, ports and offshore industries, IRANIMEX has established itself as the premier maritime exhibition in the region. Every year, many merchants and traders from the Persian Gulf region, Indian Ocean and East Asia visit this exhibition.

Every year, about 50,000 large ocean-going ships travel in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, and Iran in the north of these international waters is one of the most suitable areas for the development of the maritime industry. Greater Iran, with 5800 kilometers of water borders in the north and south, is one of the biggest investment opportunities in the important maritime industry in the region.

IRANIMEX 2024 will be held on 26-28 November, with the presence of senior officials of Iran’s maritime governmental bodies, international businessmen, maritime experts and professionals, in the international exhibition center of Bandar Abbas and in a space of 12000 square meters.
